Our expertise & experiences

- Neurodivergence practitioners and advocates
- Trainers and professional development facilitators
- Consultants to organisations across health, education, and care
We are a highly experienced consultancy with a career spanning over two decades in cognitive health, dementia care, and neurodivergent support. Our work sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge, compassionate practice, and systemic change.
Having worked across NHS settings, social care, education, and the third sector, we bring a rare breadth of experience to our consultancy work. We have supported individuals at every stage of a dementia journey — from early signs and diagnosis through to advanced care — and have worked extensively with neurodivergent adults and young people across a range of settings.
We are known for our ability to translate complex clinical and academic knowledge into practical, accessible guidance. Whether working with a care home team, an NHS trust, a school, or a family navigating a new diagnosis, we bring the same qualities: clarity, warmth, and genuine expertise.
Approach
Philosophy & approach
"Good support begins with genuine understanding — of the person, their experience, and the world around them."
Our approach is rooted in the belief that every person — regardless of diagnosis, age, or background — deserves to be understood and supported as an individual. We draw on a person-centred framework that places the lived experience of the individual at the heart of every piece of work.
We are committed to evidence-informed practice: staying current with research, integrating clinical knowledge with practical wisdom, and always asking what genuinely makes a difference to the people we work with and for.
This means challenging assumptions, building real understanding within organisations, and supporting individuals and families with honesty, care, and expertise — not just information.
What guides the work
Core values
Person-centred
Every person is an individual first. Diagnosis, condition, or label never defines the whole person — and good support always starts from that understanding.
Evidence-informed
Practice grounded in current research and clinical knowledge, combined with the wisdom that comes from years of direct experience.
Compassionate
Expertise delivered with warmth and genuine care — for the people we work with, and for those who support them.
Honest
Clear, direct, and truthful — even when the answers are complex. Families and organisations deserve honesty, not reassurance that papers over difficulty.
